Dear Customers,

According to the "Consumer Protection Act" you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days (from the date of delivery). It is a prerequisite that the purchased products are in good commercial condition, without damaged packaging and have not been used. Unsealing and use is considered to be a breach of the integrity of the packaging.

When returning goods:

1. Complete the "Return Merchandise Form" using the button at the bottom of this page and print it out.

2. Put the form inside the parcel.

3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. You can check the likely direct costs of returning the goods by courier company or through the services of Bulgarian Post EAD at the following links:

After receipt of the returned goods and their examination, the value without transport costs will be refunded to the customer -on bank account within 30 days in accordance with the statutory procedure. Each customer may exercise his right to have the goods replaced with another product of his choice.

If the payment of the order is made by bank card, the refund is made by reversing the card used to pay for the order.
