Deliveries in the online store of moоnfull.bg are usually made from 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 5 pm on a working day are dispatched on the same working day. After 12.00 pm - deliveries will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and after hours will be dispatched after 12 noon on the first following working day. Orders totaling more than 99 BGN include free shipping.

Upon receipt of your parcel, please check for possible damage. If the package is damaged or broken due to the fault of the courier service, you need to fill in a "damaged parcel report".
